Website Design for NJ Medical Nonprofit

Rapunzel Creative was contacted by a nonprofit organization that provides primary medical care to low-income residents of Bergen County, NJ who are working but lack health insurance. The organization’s original website was on a platform that was difficult for the client to update easily; for example, the client was having trouble adding new content or sub-pages in the appropriate areas, creating a disorganized look and messaging. In addition, the site navigation was unclear, making it difficult for users to find what they needed to either access medical services or donate.

As a nonprofit that relies heavily on donor support to fulfill its mission, the clinic needed a fresh website designed for donors that clearly communicated how to donate and why. Rapunzel Creative worked with the clinic’s leadership team to determine the content specific to donors, and designed a new website on WordPress that showcases the nonprofit’s programs, its impact, and how to donate or volunteer.
