Rapunzel Creative was engaged by Judgment Marketplace—a secure marketplace for buying and selling uncollected judgments—to redesign and create a new user experience for its website. The user experience had been a bit daunting to new users and didn’t clearly communicate how to get through the listing process.
The Rapunzel team re-imagined the user journey through the buying and selling process. We simplified and streamlined that process by breaking it into several clearly defined steps for end users, always letting them know where they are in the process. The new design also includes a brand refresh, incorporating new colors and a clean layout.
